At Visit Inari Resort, the restaurant hall serves multiple purposes. By day, it welcomes guests for lunch and dinner. By evening, it can turn into a professional meeting or training space – hosting, for example, northern lights photography workshops for visiting travelers. The same space is also available for private meetings and corporate events, offering a unique setting surrounded by the quiet beauty of Lapland.
Northern Sound Oy implemented a complete AV solution that makes switching between these uses quick and effortless. With a single tap, the room transforms: the projection screen lowers, the projector starts up, and the sound system adjusts automatically – no cables or complex settings required.
The system offers three distinct modes for different needs:
– Basic Mode – soft background music and a relaxed atmosphere when the room functions as a restaurant or lounge.
– Presentation S – a more private setting for smaller trainings or meetings, with the partition doors closed.
– Presentation L – an open configuration for larger groups, combining the entire hall into one presentation space.
Behind the scenes, the system combines Yamaha audio technology with Bluestream video solutions, all neatly integrated into the interior. The user sees only a clear touchscreen interface and a calm, functional space where technology works quietly in the background.
The result is a space where Lapland’s tranquility meets modern technology – equally suited for a cozy dinner, a photography class, or a professional business meeting.
